now in the southern region
of Minneapolis, our company
has been providing the "BEST"

to Minnesota and Wisconsin
purveyors of alcohol for

and staff from around the

Miles B.
Canning
Consultant and Founder
Miles Canning is a
consultant and a highly
respected speaker. He founded
our business in 1987, holds
three advanced degrees in
management-related disciplines,
and has written several
books.

Ben Gisselman
Consultant/Trainer
Ben Gisselman provides
the majority of our alcohol
service liability classes
for hundreds of businesses
across the State. He brings
with him several years of
experience in the alcohol
service industry, including
various management positions.
Ben also works as an attorney
in a private legal practice
based in Edina.

Tony Bronson
Trainer
Tony provides the majority
of our alcohol service liability
classes for the Duluth area
of the State. He currently
works as a regional manager
for the Grandma's Restaurant
Corporation based in Duluth.
Tony has several years of
both practical and managerial
experience in the bar and
restaurant industry.
Jill Bachmann
Trainer
Jill assists us in
providing training primarily
in the Twin Cities metro
area. Jill has a degree
in teaching and has spent
several years working for
various restaurants and
bars in the downtown and
uptown areas of Minneapolis.
Jill also works as a teacher
and as a program director
for the Minnesota Correctional
Facility in Stillwater,
Minnesota.
