Our Alcohol Liability
Education (ALE) classes
are designed to help reduce
the liability associated
with serving alcohol in
Minnesota bars, restaurants,
hotels, liquor stores, entertainment
venues, convenience stores,
and private parties. Our
goal is to ensure that restaurants
and their staff are protected
from criminal infractions
and liability lawsuits—and
to ensure public safety
for our guests. This results
in highly efficient and
successful restaurants.

request more information,

or send an
e-mail. Please provide
us with a date or a few
dates that will work for
you and your staff. It would
also be helpful to include
an estimate of how many
guests you'll have in attendance.
The class is 75 to 90 minutes
in duration. You should
plan to send all servers
and security personnel on
your staff.
